I am Spoiled Rotten.

That would be me - pampered and spoiled. Maybe not everyday - but for one day every year. That day was yesterday - my 39th birthday! This year it was more like a weekend celebration, with Louise and the kids arriving on Friday afternoon. They had barely settled in when we were off and running... Chipotle for dinner and then manicures/pedicures for the girls and I! Louise and I then went to stamp club, where we made some really cute projects, designed by Chris. Oh, and Louise made me a really cute can with ribbons - my favorite embellishment!

Saturday was all about having fun - starting with a leisurely trip to Target and some outlet shopping at Potomac Mills. Then we appeased the boys with some laser tag, where we all had a blast. The night was capped off with yummy food at the Japanese Steakhouse, a stop at Recollections, and Cold Stone Creamery (my choice - banana ice cream with graham crackers and whipped cream mix-ins.)

Sunday was the birthday crop followed a cook-out to include the Scrapbook Husbands. Again, spoiled. Since I can't do justice with words alone, you will just have to wait for a photo. Suffice it to say that I have never looked so fashionable. On the list of goodies to spoil me were GCs for a manicure/pedicure, Recollections GC, Twilight (the book), FUN cocktail liquor, and lots of embellishments. My favorite part was the game - a list of questions I had to answer - with gifts for whomever got them right.

Just to help everyone feel like a part of the game, I am going to ask three of the questions. Leave a comment and if you get all three right - you will get a prize from me! (sorry - the party goers cannot play!)

1. What is my favorite scrapping color combination?
2. What is my favorite embellishment?
3. Where can I be found online most often?

And I should mention, Dave showed up with more presents, and a chocolate birthday cake. Does he know scrappers or what?

So - for all who came to the party - thank you!!! and to all that wrote or called with birthday wishes - more thanks! I hope all of you can join me next year in Hawaii for my 40th!!!
