A Day to Remember

"Now, we have inscribed a new memory alongside those others. It’s a memory of tragedy and shock, of loss and mourning. But not only of loss and mourning. It’s also a memory of bravery and self-sacrifice, and the love that lays down its life for a friend–even a friend whose name it never knew. " President George W. Bush, December 11, 2001

Take a moment today to remember, to mourn and
to honor those that are the victims and the heroes of
September 11, 2001.

"There are things that we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go." Author Unknown

it's so difficult this time of the year to think of 9-11, of all the lives lost...but we can pray that this event wont happen again.

Such a somber day for those who were directly impact by 9-11. You are so kind to remind us not to forget that day.

Hi Jen - Now this is a BLOG, full of life, lively, and it reaches out - you just HAVE to put in a comment!! My comment is - Yes we have to remember 9-11 every day and the friends we lost - I will always miss Rhonda Rasmussen who was never found - for me she was the symbol of all the 3000!
