Since buying our new house, it seems like we spend every weekend just doing stuff around the house. Yard work, laundry, cleaning, shopping, more yard work. The list of things we want or need to do is never ending. But tonight I am reminded that taking a day away from the to do list to play can be refreshing.
This morning we climbed in the car, Beau included, stopped for water and snacks, and spent the day at Prince William Forest Park. And while hiking about three miles up and down hills may not exactly be relaxing, it was the perfect way to enjoy the start of summer and the beauty that is Virginia.

The "To Do List" will always be there... I love the picture of Dave and Jacob! I didn't know you could fish in Prince William Forest... Wasn't it a beautiful weekend to get outdoors? :)
