Walk Like an Egyptian

Second grade around here means the beginning of social studies, one of my favorite school subjects. In Jacob's school they study Dinosaurs, Native American Indians, China and Egypt. It may be his morbid interest in mummies and ancient artifacts, but Jacob loved studying Egypt. As a matter of fact, he has now taken a keen interest in watching the history channel with me. Love that kid, especially in his Ramses outfit. Doesn't he make a cute Pharoah? He is the one that insisted on the funny pose. Really. All I could do is go along with it, humming the Bangles song.

If you want to hum along with me, watch the video at the bottom of my sidebar.

This is just a little teaser of the article I have been working on for Scrapjazz. Like most of mine lately, it is a stamping article. This one is about background stamps and should be online in about a month.

And finally, and most importantly... Happy Birthday to Dave!!! My husband, my soul mate and my best friend. I love you! Ps: I did not tell Jacob to ask you if you plan to retire soon.
