I'm in da money.

Ok, that may be a little exaggeration, but I did come home with $75 in winnings from Las Vegas this week. Of course, then I stopped in the Brighton store at the airport, and spent half of it on this purse charm and a few spacer beads. It's like I got it for free, right?

I went on the trip for work with Pat and Ron, and I took a photo of them in the lobby of our hotel (Hooters!) They didn't have my luck with the slots, but neither went home broke. To all my single lady friends - if you go to Vegas, you must stay at this hotel. There are men everywhere (go figure!)

The vending machines that were everywhere cracked me up. Now, I can understand some of them being quite essential (ahem) at night. But I have to admit I don't think Proactiv is a hot item in Vegas. Unless it comes with a marraige certificate and a suggestive cake topper. (we saw four wedding parties one night, and even witnessed some vows at the new Wynn.)

And I didn't forget - Lorna is the winner of last week's birthday game. She got them all right!

Oh how I miss Vegas! I used to go every 6 months or so. I haven't been in YEARS! Maybe hubby & I can run away from home next year for a mini-vacation.

That beats the $2 I won (but had not much time to play). Of course, I like Brighton too (aren't you pround of me for buying something there?). Love those cute little boxes and did not think of that when I tossed mine - you are so smart!
