Black Vodka and S'mores Dip

Doesn't this look yummy?

It is yummy, especially if you like vodka and cranberry juice. I picked up some black vodka for my Uppercase Living party this past Friday, and we consumed almost half of the bottle. It is the perfect drink for Halloween - but hard to find this time of year!

The other thing I made was s'mores dip, and several people requested the recipe. It is perfect for a quick party dessert, and is quick and easy. I don't really have it written down for timing and measurements, I just always eyeball it (that is the way I cook anything.)

S'mores Dip
1 package chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate, but you could use dark chocolate)
3 Tbsp. heavy cream or condensed milk
3 Tbsp Marshmallow Fluff
Honey Graham Sticks

Place chocolate chips and cream or milk in a glass pie plate and microwave about 60 seconds. Take out and stir until smooth. It may take a bit longer in the microwave - just don't overcook as the chocolate will burn. Once it is smooth, add three to four dollops of fluff to the top of the chocolate, keeping some space between the dollops (I like that word.) Microwave for about 30 seconds. Using a knife, swirl the marshmallow into the chocolate. Serve with honey graham sticks for dipping. If the chocolate hardens later in the party, just microwave it until it is soft again.

Wonder what it would taste like to add the Vodka into the dip?
