Back to Normalcy

It is hard to believe that life is settling back into a normal routine again. Jacob is back to his normal, crazy boy self. He spent Friday at child care while Dave and I went to work and he had a friend over to play today. His toys are scattered all over. I never thought I would be happy about that!

His incision is healing and with most of the surgical goop washed out of his hair, it doesn't look too bad. Still, he wears a hat when we go out (nobody wants to see that cut and it will heal better if protected from the sun.) He also wears a doo rag from my brother Mike. Doesn't he look ready to hop on his Harley? Especially with the smirk and evil eye. He didn't want his picture taken. That is how I really know we are back to normal here.

Something else back to normal: I finally have a new blog banner! It is a bit of a tease as I can't tell you much about the digital designer of those fantastic papers and elements, but I will soon! If you scrap hybrid or digitally you are in for a treat!

I'm not sure how I missed all of this initially (probably because I was on vacation with no computer access) but I just want to say AGAIN how wonderful it is your son is feeling better. Praying for your family and that EVERYONE continues to heal...physically and emotionally.

((hugs))
